🚚 Return Process

  2. We will provide instructions for shipping the return

  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund

💸 Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable

💰 Refunds

Once the return is approved:

  • It may take between 5 and 10 business days to be reflected

⚠️ Defective products or order error

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within the first 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos. In these cases:
